Terms of Service

These terms govern Aarulya Saathi, operated by Aarulya DigitalWorks, a sole proprietorship of Soni Kumari, from its registered business address in Bajrasthan, Bhawanipur, District Purnia, Bihar 854204, India.

Release scope

The current release is a publicly reachable website with private owner-controlled access. General public signup, paid subscriptions, payment collection, and automatic external actions are not active.

Permitted use

Use the service only for lawful purposes and only with information you are authorised to provide. Do not use it to violate privacy, bypass authentication, impersonate another person, deploy malware, conduct unauthorised surveillance, or perform unlawful financial or government actions.

Important limitations

Aarulya Saathi provides assistance and structured guidance. It is not a substitute for a doctor, lawyer, chartered accountant, financial adviser, emergency service, government authority, or other qualified professional. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and should be independently verified before a material decision.

High-impact actions

Payments, filings, bookings, applications, deletion, deployment, credential changes, and other material actions require an explicit preview, required authentication, owner/user consent, and a provider or system receipt. OTP or CAPTCHA bypass is prohibited. An unavailable provider must not be represented as successful.

Accounts and security

Keep access codes, sessions, devices, and recovery information secure. Do not share passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs, or private keys through chat or support. Access may be suspended to protect the service, users, evidence, or legal obligations.

Availability and changes

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, capacity, provider failure, or legal reasons. Features may change, be disabled, or require further approval. No uninterrupted or error-free operation is promised.

Intellectual property

Aarulya branding, software, documentation, and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. User-provided content remains subject to the user’s rights and lawful permissions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aarulya DigitalWorks is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use, ignored warnings, unverified third-party information, external-provider failure, or decisions made without required professional review. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
